What you will do

• Develop and scale network data observability features to meet evolving customer demands.
• Improve high-performance backend services as an Individual Contributor.
• Collaborate with product, customer service, and other engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Solve complex, high-visibility engineering problems related to data-intensive platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Go.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and high-throughput data pipelines.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Basic knowledge of network observability topics (IPFIX, Netflow, sflow, SNMP, BGP, DNS).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable REST/gRPC APIs.
• Experience with Kafka-based streaming pipelines.
• Background in network management or network data analytics.
