What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for hirify.global NMS, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical investments in partnership with senior product leadership
• Translate customer and operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Design and deliver capabilities like device monitoring, fault management, alerting, configuration visibility, and performance analytics
• Engage with customers and network operators to gather feedback and validate product direction
• Measure product impact using data and customer insights to guide improvements
• Support features through the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role at a technology company (e.g., network engineering, NOC operations, systems engineering, SRE, IT infrastructure)
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, routing and switching, and the OSI stack
• Experience with network monitoring or management systems (e.g., SolarWinds NPM, PRTG, LogicMonitor, Nagios, Cisco Catalyst Center)
• Familiarity with SNMP, telemetry, device polling, alerts, and performance monitoring
• Understanding of enterprise and/or service provider network architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate technical requirements into product work
• Effective communication with engineering teams and cross-functional operation

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale network operations or NOC environments
• Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, APIs)
• Experience with networking vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista
• Understanding of configuration management and network automation workflows
• Linux experience and familiarity with distributed systems
• Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
