What you will do

• Evolve the secure SDLC strategy and implement automated security guardrails in CI/CD pipelines to detect vulnerabilities in real time.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of high-risk systemic vulnerabilities and design reusable security patterns.
• Design automated threat detections and response playbooks, and manage bug bounty and penetration testing programs.
• Build and maintain internal security tools and platforms focused on scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
• Act as a security advisor to engineering and product teams during design reviews and architectural planning.
• Deliver role-specific training to foster a culture where security is a shared responsibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or Security Engineering with senior-level impact.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js for building production-quality tooling.
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and the ability to communicate real-world risks to engineers.
• Experience with Linux, containers/Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven track record of leading threat detection and response efforts through automation.
• Must be based in Europe/EMEA.
