What you will do

• Own the analytical framework for CRM, promotions, loyalty programs, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to measure the causal impact of marketing activities.
• Analyze customer behavior across the entire lifecycle and build segmentation frameworks using behavioral and predictive signals.
• Partner with Commercial and Pricing teams to maximize profitability and unit economics through pricing strategy analytics.
• Develop forecasting models and financial scenarios to support strategic budgeting and annual business planning.
• Support the launch and scaling of new business verticals by defining KPIs, analytical frameworks, and success criteria.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Growth, or CRM Analytics.
• Expert-level SQL skills and strong Python proficiency for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics, contribution margin, and ROI.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in E-commerce, Food Delivery, Dark Stores, RetailTech, or Marketplaces.
• Expertise in pricing strategy analytics and commercial optimization.
