Compensation: $120K – $250K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and own the foundational infrastructure that the products run upon.
• Implement SRE-related objectives directly within the Golang codebase.
• Use a data-driven approach to quantify system performance and reliability to drive priorities.
• Lead incident management for complex situations and participate in on-call rotations.
• Develop automation and advanced configuration management for large numbers of global clusters.
• Work with infrastructure vendors to resolve real-time performance and reliability issues.

Requirements

• Strong balance of software engineering and large-scale system administration skills.
• Experience managing complex multi-region distributed systems on container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Ability to balance system maintainability with meeting strict launch deadlines.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Incident management training and experience as an Incident Commander.
• Experience with Linux networking, overlay networks, and Kubernetes CNIs.
• Low-level knowledge for troubleshooting and tuning latency-sensitive workloads.
