Location: Remote, US

Compensation: $196K – $265K

What you will do

• Support and work directly with developers and companies building with hirify.global in both commercial and community contexts.
• Triage, file, and fix bugs, and respond to support tickets.
• Write production-quality sample code and author technical guides and documentation.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure their continued success on the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Partnerships teams on strategy and customer conversations.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with a preference for reading and analyzing code.
• Proven ability to teach and break down complex technical concepts for others.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to learn new programming languages quickly and build prototypes.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a Developer Success or Developer Relations role.
• Experience managing and working with developer communities.
• Contributions to Open Source Software (OSS).
• Prior experience building applications using hirify.global.
• Multilingual proficiency.
