is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer using Schrödinger cat qubits to solve the world's hardest problems.
What you will do
- Develop and optimize optical lithography processes to pattern indium bump structures.
- Participate in metal deposition and lift-off processes for bump fabrication.
- Measure and characterize bump geometry, including height, diameter, and uniformity.
- Perform flip-chip bonding tests and evaluate chip planarity and alignment.
- Document process parameters, experimental results, and fabrication workflows.
- Contribute to improving process reliability and reproducibility within the cleanroom.
Requirements
- Currently a Master 2 student in Microelectronics, Nanotechnology, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or Microfabrication.
- Strong understanding of microfabrication processes.
- Ability to follow experimental procedures and document results accurately.
- Interest in hands-on laboratory or cleanroom work.
- English: Fluent (C1) written and verbal communication skills required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Paris & Aubervilliers.
