What you will do

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair hirify.global equipment at customer sites.
• Manage spare parts inventory and accurately document all service activities.
• Collaborate with Territory Account Managers and Field Application Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and train junior and new service engineers.
• Develop and optimize operational procedures and author service documentation.
• Analyze field issues and provide detailed feedback to Technical Support and management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of biochemistry, biology, and/or life sciences.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS, networking, and general computer hardware.
• Fluent French and English.
• Based in the Paris, France area with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively; not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Minimum of three years’ experience servicing complex electromechanical or chemical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with life sciences instrumentation, specifically DNA sequencing technology.
