What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows for B2B clients across both mobile and web platforms.
• Build a brand-new product from scratch in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and analysts.
• Use data-driven insights and A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and inform design decisions.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure scalable and high-quality design delivery.
• Balance user needs with business goals by advocating for user-centered design principles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience in Fintech or SaaS for mobile and web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B-related products or complex financial tools.
• Experience working in high-growth product teams with fast iteration cycles.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Strong UX thinking, system thinking, and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Location: Worldwide (remote or hybrid).
