What you will do

• Design, research, and develop state-of-the-art machine learning applications and algorithms to improve podcasters' and listeners' experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering partners, research scientists, data scientists on prototyping and productizing new ML features.
• Drive audio and text capabilities within the ML team.
• Work with signal processing experts on large-scale ML for podcast recommendations and content.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years experience in Python.
• 3+ years in machine learning research focused on speech.
• 3+ years training or deploying neural networks.
• Significant experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn.
• Experience building and operating production-ready ML systems.
• Ability to lead design and implementation of major software components.
