What you will do

• Design, build, and operate production-grade machine learning systems from prototype to customer-facing service.
• Lead end-to-end ML workflows including data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and observability.
• Partner with applied scientists and cross-functional engineering teams to integrate ML techniques into hirify.global products.
• Improve the quality, latency, and maintainability of ML workflows supporting floor plan and rich media products.
• Drive technical decisions in ambiguous problem spaces involving structured inference and spatial signals.
• Mentor peers through technical execution, code reviews, and establishing shared best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Significant professional experience building and shipping production-grade machine learning models.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience operating end-to-end ML workflows including data pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong foundation in ML fundamentals such as representation learning, structured prediction, and computer vision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in ambiguous settings.

Nice to have

• Experience in computer vision, spatial data, 3D, AR/VR, mapping, search, or recommendation systems.
