Full Stack Product Engineer (AI)

Location: UK (Remote)

What you will do

• Own engineering projects end to end, from database design to polished frontend experiences.
• Build and scale resilient backend services, APIs, and high-usage integrations.
• Develop real-time data syncing, lead-tracking infrastructure, performance improvements, and AI-enhanced tools.
• Improve UX and UI in collaboration with marketing and other non-technical stakeholders.
• Shape engineering standards, tooling, technical practices, and product direction.
• Contribute to hiring and mentorship as the engineering team grows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar web frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web application data flows and state management.
• Experience with Prisma, PostgreSQL, and robust API integrations.
• Ability to write clean, scalable code and develop practical solutions.
• Strong user empathy and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK.
