What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable backend services for AI-driven capabilities.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based features into the platform using prompt engineering for reliable outputs.
• Work with vector databases and embedding-based search solutions for intelligent data retrieval.
• Build and expose APIs that allow other teams to consume AI-generated insights and capabilities.
• Improve and evolve AI infrastructure with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Java or similar backend languages.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Experience building and deploying applications using LLMs in production contexts.
• Practical experience with machine learning models or AI-based classification systems.
• Experience building real-time similarity search and data indexing solutions for large datasets.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and data modelling.

Nice to have

• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar.
