What you will do

• Architect production ML & AI workloads including agents, end-to-end pipelines, optimization, MLOps, and cloud-native integrations.
• Build and scale GenAI solutions like RAG, agentic systems, natural language querying, evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
• Provide technical support to Solution Architects on feature engineering, training, serving, and model monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and drive adoption of AI offerings.
• Mentor and establish thought leadership in AI/ML within the Field Engineering organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on ML experience as ML Engineer (production cloud infra, drift monitoring), AI Engineer (LLMs, agents, vector DBs, fine-tuning, guardrails, HuggingFace, Langchain, OpenAI), or data engineering knowledge
• Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for collaboration, learning, and business value through ML/AI.
• Ability to meet technical training expectations within 3 months.
• Located in Stockholm preferred; up to 30% travel

Nice to have

• 5+ years customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales.
