Solution Expert (SaaS): Supporting strategic customers in the RUN phase by acting as trusted advisors on complex use cases with an accent on technical integrations and platform architecture. Focus on managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, delivering scalable solutions via APIs and SSO, and performing platform audits to maximize business value.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 enterprise clients and up to 30 active projects simultaneously.
  • Translate complex client requirements into scalable solutions and redesign platform architecture.
  • Lead and troubleshoot technical integrations involving APIs, SSO, and third-party tools.
  • Perform solution audits and provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact.
  • Deliver Professional Services and contribute to the internal knowledge base to share best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional consulting experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Consultant or Technical Account Manager.
  • Experience deploying SaaS products, ideally within the HR domain.
  • Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with APIs and SSO configuration.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple implementations.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into common terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Canada (alignment with Ontario Holiday Calendar).
