What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 enterprise clients and up to 30 active projects simultaneously.
- Translate complex client requirements into scalable solutions and redesign platform architecture.
- Lead and troubleshoot technical integrations involving APIs, SSO, and third-party tools.
- Perform solution audits and provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact.
- Deliver Professional Services and contribute to the internal knowledge base to share best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional consulting experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Consultant or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience deploying SaaS products, ideally within the HR domain.
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with APIs and SSO configuration.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple implementations.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into common terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in Canada (alignment with Ontario Holiday Calendar).
