What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Anti-Fraud Unit, ensuring productivity KPIs and turnaround times are met.
• Implement fraud risk management strategies aligned with operational risk policies and business direction.
• Develop and monitor investigation frameworks to identify and prevent fraud across various customer segments and channels.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence and emerging fraud trends in digital lending.
• Standardize and automate fraud risk management processes and controls suitable for a digital environment.
• Collaborate on system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business continuity planning (BCP).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing an analytical team (task definition, feedback, data governance).
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with Python or R programming.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Must be based in the Philippines

Nice to have

• Understanding of lending processes within banks and financial institutions.
• Experience as a Credit or Anti-Fraud data analyst.
• Knowledge of consumer credit and anti-fraud practices.
