What you will do

• Perform various types of troubleshooting and root cause analysis at customer production sites.
• Provide maintenance and repair support for testers and their peripheral components.
• Manage the delivery, installation, and production setup of new testers.
• Offer technical customer support via phone and create detailed service reports.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese is required to provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance and/or production support within the equipment industry.
• Strong communication skills for frequent customer interaction.

Nice to have

• Work experience specifically within the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Knowledge of product applications and test programs.
• Basic understanding of programming languages.
• Ability to perform basic circuit schematic tracing.
