What you will do

• Manage overall calibration activities for in-house measuring equipment and coordinate external calibration services.
• Perform product dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Record measurement data and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Create and maintain quality control documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure stable product quality.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Numazu-shi, Japan.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Japanese: Proficiency required, including reading and writing kanji.
• Chinese: Ability to communicate via email, document review, and conversation.
• Practical experience in quality control, calibration, or measurement-related work in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF16949 standards.
