Salary: $17.10 - $27.60 Hourly

What you will do
- Analyze CX survey distribution by building invite funnel views to identify drop-offs and trends.
- Evaluate messaging, cadence, and timing to identify the most effective engagement strategies.
- Audit data quality and create a metrics dictionary to ensure repeatable and consistent reporting.
- Develop lightweight dashboards and reporting views using Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI.
- Propose and test improvements for survey subject lines, send timing, and segmentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, Success, and Marketing teams to validate findings.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills for cleaning, joining, and summarizing large datasets.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.
- Must be able to work full-time for the complete summer break (May-August or June-September).
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.

- Familiarity with Qualtrics survey platforms.
