What you will do

• Design and build datasets and dashboards in Salesforce CRM and Tableau Next to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Professional Services, and Operations to translate needs into insights.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across Salesforce and integrated systems, resolving quality issues.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and support stakeholder data requests.
• Partner with Salesforce admins to optimize architecture, workflows, and reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering and manage stakeholder expectations for reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Final year Bachelor's in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (graduation May–August 2026).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (coursework, projects, or experience).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, or Tableau Next.
• SQL or Python for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data integrity and analytics.
• Salesforce reporting, flows, or basic admin tasks.
• Prior internship or project in SaaS/tech environment.
