TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Intelligent Access): Defining and executing product strategy for E9 and E3 systems within the Intelligent Access EDGE strategy with an accent on product lifecycle management, interoperability across PON variants, and business metric optimization. Focus on leading cross-functional planning for ONTs, resolving complex OMCI interoperability issues, and translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.

Location: Remote-based position: Must be located in the United States or Canada. Candidate may be required to attend in-person team or company meetings.

Salary: San Francisco Bay Area: $156,400 – $265,700; All Other US Locations: $136,000 – $231,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product vision for E9 and E3 systems aligning with the Intelligent Access EDGE strategy.
  • Lead full product lifecycle activities from initial concept to end-of-life.
  • Monitor key business metrics to improve revenue and margins while reducing total cost of ownership.
  • Drive OMCI and ONT interoperability testing and resolution across GPON, XGS-PON, and other PON variants.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing to articulate detailed product requirements and use cases.
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, RFP responses, and industry interoperability forums.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in guiding product strategy and influencing organizational priorities.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Ability to lead complex technical programs across engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings as part of the hiring process and ongoing employment.
