Murex Support Analyst (M/W)

What you will do

• Support Murex front-office users worldwide across trading, risk, back office and regulatory/compliance functions.
• Monitor and follow up the Murex production chain, including end-of-day reporting, performance optimization and process robustness.
• Analyze, investigate and resolve production issues in collaboration with the vendor and Natixis IT Murex teams.
• Communicate production status to Murex clients, ensure service quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support analyst team.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Interest in financial markets and motivation to expand business knowledge.
• Rigor, methodology in investigations and strong analytical capacity.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial market products.
• Initial experience in the financial industry as a business or support analyst working with system processes and relevant financial products.
• Initial front-office or back-office experience.
• Additional knowledge of trading, trade reporting or trade booking systems.
