What you will do
- Support Murex Front office users (Trading, Risk, Back Office, Regulatory/Compliance) worldwide with efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize the Murex Production chain, including End of Day Reporting and process robustness.
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve production issues in collaboration with the Vendor and Natixis IT Murex teams.
- Communicate production status to clients and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support analyst team.
Requirements
- Capacity to work effectively within a team.
- Strong interest in financial markets and motivation to extend business knowledge.
- Rigor and methodology in investigation phases and strong capacity for analysis.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of financial markets products.
- Initial experience in the financial industry as a business or support analyst.
- Experience in front-office or back-office areas.
- Knowledge of trading, trade reporting, or trade booking systems.
