Location: Remote. Preferred locations: Costa Rica, Belize, Mexico. Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone (9am-6pm ET)

What you will do
- Provide prompt bilingual support in English and Spanish via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with account activation, product inquiries, and integration troubleshooting.
- Deliver accurate guidance on retirement plan offerings including 401k, IRA, and Profit Sharing Plans.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to internal teams.
- Manage and track customer interactions using Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within technical support or financial services.
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Business, Finance, or IT is a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with retirement plans such as 401k and IRA.
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall.
