What you will do

• Investigate root causes of publication failures across multiple platforms using SQL, Splunk, and other monitoring tools.
• Provide user support for the CInergy application throughout the index lifecycle.
• Oversee daily workflow systems to ensure timely execution and incident management.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve workflow monitoring and system reliability.
• Interact daily with front-office QIS structuring teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, REST, JSON, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for servers, connectivity, and scripts.
• Experience in financial market data and database management systems.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work hybrid twice a week in Lisbon.
