What you will do

• Challenge advanced language models on topics like inventory systems, vendor management, and operational scalability.
• Converse with AI models on real-world operational scenarios and theoretical business operations questions.
• Verify logical accuracy and process alignment of model outputs.
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Document failure modes to harden model reasoning in SOP development and cost-control strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience in project coordination, systems implementation, or operations analytics.
• Must be based in the United States of America.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills with the ability to clearly "show your work".
