TL;DR
Intermediate Enterprise Sales Solution Architect (SaaS/LegalTech): Driving the expansion of the Enterprise offering in the APAC region by designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Focus on turning complex legal business problems into value-driven technical solutions and collaborating with Account Executives to win enterprise customers.
Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia (minimum 2 days per week in office)
Salary: $92,900 – $125,700 AUD

What you will do
- Develop deep expertise in the Operate platform to clearly articulate its value to enterprise prospects.
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations aligned with specific client workflows and challenges.
- Design and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops and serve as the solution authority throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with Account Executives to shape winning sales strategies and coordinate smooth handovers to Delivery teams.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to the Product team to influence the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience delivering customized demos and POCs for complex platforms.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand system architecture and integrations.
- Solid understanding of enterprise business processes and how technology supports them.
- Comfortable working in low-code or configurable platform environments.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia to meet hybrid office requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow automation, case/matter management, or legal technology.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve research and proposal development.
