What you will do

• Manage technical aspects of live streams: equipment setup, configuration, and real-time troubleshooting
• Operate back-end platform features like flash sales, giveaways, and live commerce tools during broadcasts
• Moderate live chat to keep it engaging, on-brand, and distraction-free
• Support on-camera talent with logistics to enable focused performance
• Make occasional on-camera appearances and film short-form content for social
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation for supplementary content

Requirements

• Must be located in Culver City, CA area for on-site in-studio work
• Experience in production (film/TV sets, studios, or technical live events)
• Comfortable operating production equipment and live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, YouTube Live, OBS or similar) independently
• Worked closely with on-camera talent to optimize their performance environment
• Highly reliable for shift-based schedule: always prepared, on time, and execution-ready
