What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with product and business goals.
• Lead delivery rituals such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to improve team workflows.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape backlogs and align on priorities and timelines.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Principal Engineers to ensure alignment on technical direction.
• Maintain operational excellence, including system reliability, incident management, and support processes.
• Develop the team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth conversations.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product-led, SaaS environment.
• Background in software engineering with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery outcomes.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support team growth.
• Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Romania.
