What you will do

• Build, deliver, and maintain fullstack functionality in key business areas of the mortgage platform.
• Own product areas, translating business needs into scalable engineering solutions.
• Collaborate on complex data models, schema design, and query optimization using PostgreSQL.
• Integrate modern AI tools, cloud services (AWS), event streaming (Kafka), and caching (Redis).
• Ship features efficiently while balancing velocity and meticulous work for mission-critical projects.

Requirements

• Comfortable with early-stage startup demands, including occasional work outside typical hours
• Strong fullstack web development experience on products serving thousands of users
• Expertise in C# .Net or similar statically typed languages
• Proficiency in React state management
• Hands-on with relational databases (PostgreSQL), schema design, and query optimization
• Familiarity with AWS, Kafka, Redis, and modern AI development tools
• Willingness to travel to US offsites at least twice a year
