Salary: $60 - $65 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy technician workflows, staffing, and task delegation.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management for the pharmacy technician team.
• Provide expert consultations to customers on medication use, interactions, side effects, and dosing.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to obtain, clarify, or modify prescriptions and provide therapeutic guidance.
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and practice standards.
• Manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining proper storage.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the Boston, MA Headquarters Monday - Friday.
• Minimum of 4+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree.
• Active/Unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, workflows, and clinical best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
