Salary: $150,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Identify and own high-impact AI opportunities across service, claims, underwriting, and finance.
• Build and ship AI-powered products, collaborating with engineers and data scientists from prototype to production.
• Lead end-to-end product execution, including problem framing, success metrics, and launch.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and define MVP scopes for scalability.
• Design intuitive human-AI workflows and champion responsible AI practices for transparency and compliance.
• Evangelize AI capabilities internally to unlock new use cases across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with at least 1 year working with AI products.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle (data readiness, modeling, deployment, monitoring).
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into shipped solutions with measurable impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX or San Jose, CA.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS or MBA).
• Product management experience in insurance or regulated financial services.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk management, or explainability frameworks.
• Insurance (CPCU, ARe) or analytics certifications.
