Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX / San Jose, CA)
Salary: $150,000 - $225,000

What you will do
- Identify and own high-impact AI opportunities across service, claims, underwriting, and finance.
- Build and ship AI-powered products, collaborating with engineers and data scientists from prototype to production.
- Lead end-to-end product execution, including problem framing, success metrics, and launch.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and define MVP scopes for scalability.
- Design intuitive human-AI workflows and champion responsible AI practices for transparency and compliance.
- Evangelize AI capabilities internally to unlock new use cases across the organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with at least 1 year working with AI products.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle (data readiness, modeling, deployment, monitoring).
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into shipped solutions with measurable impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX or San Jose, CA.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MS or MBA).
- Product management experience in insurance or regulated financial services.
- Experience with AI governance, model risk management, or explainability frameworks.
- Insurance (CPCU, ARe) or analytics certifications.
