What you will do

• Serve as an imaging advisor for therapeutic areas, providing scientific input on trial design and image review.
• Manage and enhance independent image review processes to ensure consistency and regulatory readiness.
• Implement training standards for radiologists and develop operational strategies for imaging modalities like PET/CT.
• Contribute to scientific publications, editorials, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Partner with development teams to translate scientific requirements into operational and client-facing solutions.
• Lead and mentor team members through coaching and performance guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trials and/or the pharmaceutical environment.
• Expertise in multi-modality imaging projects and understanding of medical imaging software.
• Strong understanding of imaging criteria, clinical trial operations, and regulatory expectations.
• Must be based in, or able to work from, the United States.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.
