Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop professional competence through classroom, online, and field training.
• Participate in audits as a learner and team member under Lead Auditor supervision.
• Observe and assess supply chain processes and situations without independent decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver timely reporting and other required audit outputs.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and auditees.
• Promote safety practices and adhere to the Company’s Code of Integrity and Impartiality Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (degree in food manufacturing is preferred).
• Experience in supply chain.
• English: Expert level (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Texas or Illinois, USA.
• Travel: Constant travel required (67%–100%).
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (humidity, noise, extreme temperatures).

• Intermediate level proficiency in Spanish, French, and/or Mandarin.
