Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Supporting the BloodHound Enterprise team by guiding customers to maximize the value of Identity Attack Path mapping with an accent on onboarding, training, and technical integration. Focus on managing customer health, reducing churn, and advocating for feature requests to the product and engineering teams.

Location: Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States. Preference for candidates in Eastern to Central US time zones.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Consult with customers to understand use cases and ensure smooth onboarding and training.
• Maintain regular communication to address concerns and share Identity security best practices.
• Assist customers in integrating BloodHound Enterprise data with other systems to enhance value.
• Identify churn risks and implement success plans to restore customer health and retention.
• Act as the customer's voice internally, collaborating with Product and Engineering to design new features.
• Track support tickets and collaborate with Support Engineers to resolve bugs for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Penetration Testing in the security industry.
• Basic proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Experience utilizing REST APIs to solve business problems.
• Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; no immigration visa sponsorship provided.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
• Ability to travel up to 15% within the region.

Nice to have

• Experience in penetration testing and/or administering Active Directory or Azure.
• Experience with BloodHound Community Edition or BloodHound Enterprise.
• Demonstrable skill in explaining Active Directory/Entra attack tradecraft.
• Experience with JSON data formatting and containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
