What you will do

• Solve complex customer challenges and provide technical guidance on product implementation and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose core product-related issues to ensure efficient and secure software delivery.
• Collaborate with CSMs to demonstrate effective product leverage and deep-dive into specific use case implementations.
• Develop and maintain 3rd party integrations that extend API, CLI, and Webhook capabilities.
• Curate a public knowledge base to enable customers to independently resolve common issues.
• Mentor a growing team and help shape the future of the artifact management platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Support or software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, OCI, ORAS, and Kubernetes (k3s, k8s).
• Familiarity with software supply chain security tools like Sigstore, Cosign, or SBOM.
• AWS Certifications or significant contributions to open-source projects.
• Knowledge of ReST, GraphQL, or gRPC API Design.
• Familiarity with UNIX-like systems (Linux/WSL/MacOS).
