What you will do
- Solve complex customer challenges and provide technical guidance on product implementation and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose core product-related issues to ensure efficient and secure software delivery.
- Collaborate with CSMs to demonstrate effective product leverage and deep-dive into specific use case implementations.
- Develop and maintain 3rd party integrations that extend API, CLI, and Webhook capabilities.
- Curate a public knowledge base to enable customers to independently resolve common issues.
- Mentor a growing team and help shape the future of the artifact management platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Support or software development.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
- Must be based in the UK and have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, OCI, ORAS, and Kubernetes (k3s, k8s).
- Familiarity with software supply chain security tools like Sigstore, Cosign, or SBOM.
- AWS Certifications or significant contributions to open-source projects.
- Knowledge of ReST, GraphQL, or gRPC API Design.
- Familiarity with UNIX-like systems (Linux/WSL/MacOS).
