TL;DR

Support Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform/AI): Supporting critical production systems and AI-driven automations for an international client with an accent on L2 support, incident triage, and root-cause analysis. Focus on optimizing Power Automate flows, managing AI agents via Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI, and ensuring system reliability through observability tools.

Location: Must be based in Brazil (Remote or Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own L2 support for complex, multi-vendor ecosystems built around Power Automate flows.
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents using DataDog and ServiceNow.
  • Analyze Power Automate flow runs, debug failures, and implement robust error handling and alerts.
  • Maintain and optimize automations leveraging AI agents (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI).
  • Build and enhance integrations via standard/custom connectors and APIs tested with Postman.
  • Drive preventive actions and continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and runbook updates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Solid experience with ITSM/ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
  • Proven L2 support background in distributed, integrated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, governance, and monitoring).
  • Experience supporting AI-driven automations using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow and DataDog.

Nice to have

  • Fluent English and intermediate or fluent Spanish.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API integrations.
  • Broad Microsoft Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps, Desktop, ALM).
  • Knowledge of SQL and non-relational databases like MongoDB.
  • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure in production environments.
