Salary: $264,000 — $363,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the creation of sub-industry specific assets including POVs, demos, reference architectures, and implementation plans.
• Define standardized frameworks for asset quality and prioritize build-vs-partner decisions.
• Collaborate with GSIs and RSIs to co-build assets and align partner solutions with industry POVs.
• Engage directly with customer technical and business leadership to solve domain-specific challenges.
• Guide customers through the full use case lifecycle from vision to value realization.
• Enable and train Solutions Architects and partners globally on leveraging hirify.global assets.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles.
• Deep technical expertise in big data technologies (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong domain expertise in Financial Services (Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, Payments, or Fintech).
• Proven track record of developing and executing industry-specific GTM strategies and outcome-focused content.
• Undergraduate degree or higher in an engineering or mathematics discipline (e.g., Computer Science).
• Experience mentoring technical teams and enabling partner ecosystems.
