What you will do

• Partner with data science, research, and policy teams to define a vision for understanding safety outcomes and prevalence on platforms.
• Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps for scaling the safety measurement platform to more use cases and products.
• Establish repeatable processes to integrate cutting-edge AI safety research into production measurement products.
• Develop and refine clear, actionable success criteria for safety measurement ambitions.
• Represent quantitative progress on safety to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Specific expertise in AI safety, trust & safety, or integrity domains.
• Background in data science, statistics, economics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience driving consensus and action in ambiguous spaces.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
