What you will do

• Implement and configure security products for small to mid-sized business customers post-purchase.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customer contacts.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with senior colleagues for complex problems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of security awareness practices and the product portfolio.
• Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure customers derive maximum value from purchased solutions.
• Support senior professional services colleagues and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
• Fluency in German is required.
• English: Proficiency required (resume must be submitted in English).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar technical customer-facing or IT security position.
• Familiarity with standard IT security concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of firewall and email protocols.
