What you will do

• Lead an international team of security experts, collaborating with network engineers, architects, and cloud teams.
• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for DDoS defense, Content Delivery Network (CDN), Web Application Firewall (WAF), and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS).
• Create product requirements and drive strategic initiatives to deliver innovative security solutions.
• Partner with professional services and pre-sales teams to ensure successful implementation for enterprise customers.
• Establish and own service levels and KPIs, including availability targets and mean time to detect/mitigate.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of professional experience in network security as an architect, product manager, or services engineer.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams in international environments.
• Hands-on expertise with DDoS on-premise and cloud solutions, including packet inspection and hardware offloading.
• English: Proficiency required; German language skills are a plus.
• Proven project management experience and familiarity with ISO 27001, BSI C5, or NIS2 standards.
