What you will do

• Own the security certification and standardization strategies to ensure scalable growth into international markets.
• Implement certification readiness routines within internal development and operations units.
• Manage strategic projects and maintain interfaces between the business and customers.
• Support the execution of certifications and attestations alongside dedicated certification teams.
• Structure documentation efficiently to integrate management systems into daily organizational routines.

Requirements

• Multi-year practitioner's experience with cybersecurity management systems, certifications, and attestations.
• Practical experience with ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, and BSI C5 scopes.
• Experience working within technical organizations and managing technical product environments.
• Strong communication skills for goal-oriented results with international stakeholders.
• English proficiency: CEFR C1 or higher.
• German proficiency: Fluent C2 is a must.
