Business Continuity Manager (IT Security)

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations and the ongoing management of the BCMS for the hirify.global Group.
• Create and maintain high-quality guidelines, processes, and documentation for BCM and Crisis Management.
• Drive BCM lifecycle stages, including facilitating BIAs, BCRAs, and the creation of BCPs across departments.
• Plan, moderate, and document BCM tests and exercises in collaboration with IT Emergency Management.
• Provide methodological guidance to decentralized BCM leads, product owners, and coordinators.
• Conduct BCM audits and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Risk & Security Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in BCM, ITSCM, Crisis Management, or specialized consulting.
• Hands-on experience with BCM methodologies (BIAs, risk assessments, continuity strategies).
• Solid understanding of relevant laws and industry standards.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
