What you will do

• Translate product-led strategy and goals into actionable event plans and creative direction for global esports events.
• Oversee end-to-end production including vendor sourcing, creative approvals, and live show execution.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and coordinate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Lead the creative development of immersive live experiences, fan activations, and thematic integrations.
• Define success criteria and conduct structured retrospectives to produce actionable insights for future events.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in live event production or large-scale experiential leadership.
• Proven track record of producing global fan-forward events for broadcast with 10,000+ attendees.
• Strong experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment in Los Angeles and travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Airtable.

Nice to have

• Deep fluency in gaming IPs, esports tournament logistics, and technical show operations.
• Familiarity with the Riot community, meta, and fan culture.
• Additional language proficiency and experience producing events internationally.
