What you will do

• Monitor progress on Single Player development and attend meetings with outsource developers across significant time zones
• Identify, track, and resolve issues blocking the outsource team
• Proactively spot risks and communicate them within the organization
• Create and monitor tasks for Single Player content and cutscenes in Jira
• Coordinate with internal production on cross-discipline features and keep documentation updated
• Playtest, provide feedback, champion quality, and handle QA/Localization for Single Player mode

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Production Role
• 1+ shipped titles
• Experience managing a Single Player game mode
• Experience working with outsource teams in different time zones
• Experience on both PC and Console
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Google Suite
• Strict use of code names and complete confidentiality required

Nice to have

• Experience with Horror games
• Deep knowledge of the Horror genre
• Chinese language skills
• Project Management Training / Certificates
• College Degree
