What you will do

• Define strategies and initiatives for R&D tech programs in partnership with Engineering Directors and exec stakeholders.
• Develop and manage roadmap feedback loops to track project health, risk, and progress.
• Scale operations to support the broader Metaverse vision.
• Manage technical work, balancing high-level strategic planning with detailed execution.
• Directly manage or influence producers and cross-functional teams to achieve program outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep experience working with engineers on complex technical projects.
• Ability to drive high-level goals and vision while digging into technical details.
• Strong skills in organizing unstructured work and managing multiple competing priorities.
• Experience managing large team roadmaps and scaling organizations to meet demand.
• Proven experience with devops, game engines, platforms, and tools.
