Location: Hybrid (USA). Ability to travel internationally for up to five weeks at a time (approximately 30% of total work time).

What you will do

• Translate product-led strategy and goals into actionable event plans and creative/operational direction.
• Oversee end-to-end production for global esports events, managing vendor sourcing, creative approvals, and live show execution.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, track allocations, and coordinate with Finance and Legal teams.
• Lead the creative development of immersive live experiences, including scenic builds and fan activations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Broadcast, Competitive Operations, and Publishing to align on KPIs.
• Define success criteria, conduct retrospectives, and use data insights to iterate on future event designs.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in live event production or large-scale experiential leadership.
• Proven track record of lead producing global fan-forward events for broadcast.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Experience producing events with 10,000+ attendees and international operational components.
• Ability to operate in hybrid work environments and travel internationally (approx. 30% of work time).
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Nice to have

• Deep fluency in gaming IPs, esports tournament logistics, and technical show operations.
• Familiarity with the Riot community, meta, and fan culture.
• Additional language proficiency and experience producing events internationally.
