What you will do

• Lead design strategy across multiple business units and set vision for overall user experience.
• Build new products from zero-to-one and iterate on existing ones, balancing small projects with high-impact initiatives.
• Manage executive stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and lead other designers (Principal level).
• Participate in transitioning to AI-augmented product building model.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Product Design experience (10 years for Principal).
• At least 2 years at a venture-funded private startup.
• Majority of experience in-house on direct-to-consumer products in high-velocity, experiment-driven environments.
• Strong portfolio showing quick high-quality work, end-to-end projects, 0-1 launches, impact measurement.
• Ability to articulate design decisions, demonstrate intentionality, and raise design practices.
