TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, NAMER (Central/East Coast): Partner with mid-market customers across NAMER to drive hirify.global adoption, elevate research maturity, and own renewals with an accent on consultative guidance, research enablement, and strategic advisory. Focus on strengthening workflows, identifying expansions, leading executive reviews, and tying usage to business outcomes.

Location: Remote (global workforce) with a focus on Central and East Coast time zones to support NAMER customers.

Salary: $68.8K - $78.5K

What you will do

  • Support customers in adopting hirify.global, advising on research methodologies, study design, recruitment, and analysis across maturity levels.
  • Own post-sale relationships, adoption, feature utilization, and full renewal process including pricing, negotiation, and forecasting for mid-market book.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, qualify upsells, and partner with Account Managers on commercial motions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on integrating research into product processes and accelerating maturity.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews showcasing value, impact, and next steps.
  • Act as Voice of Customer, collaborating cross-functionally on feedback, roadmap, and customer stories.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers, ideally product/design/research audiences.
  • Proven history owning renewals and driving retention.
  • Research-savvy with ability to guide workflows; teacher mindset for complex concepts.
  • Analytical, executive presence, startup-ready, and operationally strong.

Nice to have

  • Background in UX research, product design, or behavioral science.
  • Prior experience supporting research, design, or product teams.
