What you will do

• Develop and implement a robust QA strategy for a design system used across all hirify.global mainframe products.
• Create detailed test plans and automate UI testing for React/TypeScript front-ends using Jest, Playwright, and Vitest.
• Perform comprehensive manual testing, including functional, integration, regression, and cross-browser verification.
• Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating with Product, UX, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors with 8+ years, Masters with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong expertise in manual and automated UI testing tools (Jest, Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer).
• Experience with API testing techniques and tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and defect tracking tools (Jira, Rally).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in the USA.
