What you will do

• Review product specifications and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve test design, defect triage, and QA efficiency.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across Web, Mobile, API, and backend systems.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
• Perform regression testing, work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, and participate in automation for framework enhancements.
• Design and maintain automated test coverage for critical user journeys, platform services, and integrations.
• Partner with engineers to improve testability, observability, and support release quality through risk assessments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or quality engineering.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools for test generation, defect analysis, and productivity improvement.
• Experience writing test cases, plans, and executing tests for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes; can write code in a programming/scripting language (JavaScript/TypeScript plus).
• Understanding of software fundamentals: APIs, integrations, debugging, version control, CI/CD.
• Hands-on with testing frameworks (Git, Jenkins, Cypress, Playwright, JIRA, Docker, AWS, TestNG, Agile); automate functional/integration testing for Web/iOS/Android.
• Working knowledge of databases/SQL, QA automation architecture; validate APIs/backend/end-to-end; contribute to frameworks.
